Not ours so not our problem
I had a tire that needed air so I went in to the local Get-Go to air it up. I noticed that instead of inflating the tire it got flatter.
I re-adjusted the chuck and tried again. Still the tire deflated. I stopped at that point loosing 10 pounds of air and went in to the store. There was a man behind the counter and I asked him if he knew the pump wasnt working, he said yes he knew, I said dont you think you should put an out of order sign it, or something??
He said Its not ours it belongs to somebody else. I said, Dont you think you should let people know? Not ours, he replied. Theres an air pump across the street at Valero.
So I went back to my car seeing the bright sign on the pump that stated GET-GO and limped my car over to Valero and after paying $1.50 for AIR drove home and called Corp. Just BAD customer service.

Pump stopped not even half way through what I paid for my gas and I was still charged $30 instead of the 7.56 in gas that I got
User's recommendation: If the pump stops in the middle of pumping you gas don’t leave without getting your money back or your gas first
Well it says it opens at 6am and yet it’s 6:30 and it’s not open pretty *** annoying considering u look it up online and it should be open
Wrong posting of time its open this fluctuates between weeks one day it will be open at 7 another 7:30 pretty sure people just show up to work when they feel like it

We used to love ordering subs from get go. What happened?
The last three times we ordered, we were very disappointed. Wrong items. Subs fell apart. Top part of roll was cut so small that it was difficult to eat.
We ordered rolls to be toasted and were not. Tomatoes were mushy. Only two pickles on the sub.
I am not sure we will return to order again. Would like to hear your feedback.

The management is doing a terrible job with ordering coffee and supplies. Last week the cafe was out of certain coffees and sugar.Went down today same issues.
In the morning I look forward to a great cup of coffee but if has been very disappointing! And its not fair people take it out on the cashiers. Coffee should be a priority as well as sugar!

My name is Shannon and I've been trying to get ahold of somebody for weeks and weeks and nobody will return my call or email me back so the first time I ordered food the order was messed up one and two me and my boyfriend and my two kids they ate it got really bad sick throwing up and having diarrhea the second time I ordered my order was all messed up and I don't know what to do it's been weeks and also the photo below will show you how long I've been trying to get a hold of somebody. Don't order online

Verified Reviewer |VERY DISSATISFIED with Perks card and employee knowlege
I got a Getgo Perks card for gas purchases as I use my personal card for work.
I scanned the code and established an account as required.
I've tried using the card at Getgo 3087# in St. Mary's, Pa.
but it wouldn't give me the discount. The manager tried it post transaction and it worked.
My husband used the SAME CARD TODAY and it wouldn't work. Mary, the manager, said that we weren't "advantage customers" so we had to do the same process all over again!!! ABSURD!!
Sheetz doesn't offer the same "supposed" gas Perks but, at least they're knowledgeable and easy to work with.
I used to like going to Getgo but no longer and I'm letting my friends and family know about these experiences.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I need to speak to someone about my order been weeks now the first time my whole family got sick. The second time my order was wrong. And been trying to reach out to someone for weeks and by the time someone gets back to me it's going to be to late.

Verified Reviewer |I was belittled by the cashier in front of customers for taking 5 creamers for a coffee I paid for
I go to GetGo every day for coffee. I never use sugar, just 5 creamers for a 16oz.
Well, my husband called and told me to grab 2 sandwiches and pasta salad. The sandwiches are a nice size, right? So, I grabbed 5 mayo packets for both his and my sandwich, 2 Italian dressing packets, and 1 pack of smokes. George, the cashier, decided to question why I needed that many condiments.
I mean, I have 2 nicely sized sandwiches here, and I will pay for them; no biggie. Then, he tells me in front of a whole line of people that I can't make coffee there and leave with the 5 creamers. I offered to also pay for them, when he made the ignorant comment over a few condiments. I spent $40 there today.
I go every morning for coffee and have never been talked down to over condiments. I see guys every morning there making coffee and taking their creamers. The best part was when George, the cashier, told me he has to pay for those creamers and condiments, making me feel like an unpaying customer or thief. People were staring at us.
I have never been so embarrassed. He got rude when I said if it's a big deal, charge me. I will pay for anything you feel I have too much of. He then told me no, very rudely, and said just go.
George needs a better attitude. This should've NEVER happened, especially in front of other paying customers. I really hope something is done about this because I've seen tons of people grab handfuls of creamer and sugar and they don't get told they have to make their coffee there.
I guess I'm special. Also, I didn't receive a receipt back, so I can only show proof of purchase and the other sub sandwich was eaten by my husband before I was able to relay this.

Preferred solution: A gift card of some sort for my coffees I buy there every morning Would be nice and I want something done with George the cashier. He humiliated me & my husband.

I went to GetGo in Rocky River, Ohio this morning around 7:30 am. The woman working there was terrible and completely untrained.
She is usually not very nice, so I ordinarily avoid going in the morning because she works then. I went in to buy the NJoy deal. She tried to make me buy two packs of cartridges and the device before giving me the sale price. When I explained that this was not correct, she started to argue with me.
I told her that every time I have bought them, this is how it was rung up. She said no longer. Once again, I usually go to another store when I know she is working. She is very difficult to deal with and extremely rude.
Today, I had had enough. Please speak to her or transfer her to another store.

Don't dare buy coffee & grab 5 creamers that I also said Ill pay for if George the cashier is working in the belle vernon area GetGo.. He acted like he pays outta his pocket to stock the store & will belittle you in front of other paying customers for buying a 16oz coffee & taking 5 creamers again I said Ill pay if Im taking more than allowed.
But also my friend grabbed 2 sandwiches for her lunch break & the condiment police George had to find fault w/ grabbing 2 mayo packets per sub. I buy coffee every morning there & see tons of construction workers coming in grabbing their coffee & grabbing a few sugars & boat loads of creamer but I guess Im special bc I was told I couldnt buy a coffee & take my creamer to go.. why not??? I paid for it didn't I.
And spent $40 on cigs & gas just to be treated like a thief that was trying to steal creamer. Meanwhile he didn't ring me up for the coffee & I had to tell him to ring me up for the coffee he was complaining about. Maybe worry about just checking people out & pay attention so I dont need to tell u to charge me for something he was so bothered by.
They need to put George the cashier in the kitchen. He needs to worry about his $ not mine.

I stopped into the Getgo store in Mount pleasant, pa today to purchase a couple of items, including cigarettes. I specifically used this store to use a digital cigarette coupon.
When I asked the rude cashier for the cigarettes, he Said "we are out of those", without looking at the cartons below. In the meantime, I wasted my digital coupon because once you activate it for a certain store, you either use it, or waste it, I couldn't use it somewhere else. Anyway, I also had 2 small lunch cakes in my hand. When he told me that he was out of my cigarettes, I told him thank you, but I'm not interested in buying the cakes...and using my debit card for only $5.
He waited until I was walking out of the door and rudely shouted out, in front of many people standing in line "your ignorant and don't have the decency to put the cakes back on the shelf... Well, ok, how rude". This came out of his mouth. The cakes are literally 4 feet in front of him!
Isn't this part of his job? I would like this cashier to be corrected...I did nothing wrong, and I wasn't going to push thru the long line of people (because I picked up those cakes in the customer waiting line right in front of the register) in order to put them back ... Where are his customer service skills? I've watched this person interact with others in the past, and it's not always a good interaction.
I never even commented, other than to say thanks, but I don't want to just use my card for a $5 purchase.
I realize that sometimes people have a bad day, but this wasn't any way to talk to someone wanting to spend substantial money at your store! This happened at 3:00 today, Friday, May 31st.

Alleged employee name - "Sierra" (Heavyset female).
I pulled into get a carwash, there is a cone blocking the lane at the entry. I did not see anyone.
I looked twice. I tapped on my horn to get someone's attention. Right then "Sierra" came out of a doorway on the right side and i saw her lip something. I thought she might have said that the wash was down, I rolled down my window and I asked what she said.
She said with a snotty attitude, that she said I didn't have to honk the horn. I said sorry, I didn't see you. She moves the cone. As I am pulling in She again with a snotty attitude, said she was right there.
I again said I didn't see you. She again said she was right there. Then she tells me I have a bad attitude. Hmmmm, this person has problems.
Okay... if she didn't comprehend the first, second or third time, she won't ever. (I get a miss understanding, but AFTER I said I didn't see her the first time, she should have understood).
So I am pulling in and she doesn't say stop, just wants to argue. So I roll in, probably 15 feet and she is just looking at me.
So I stop to look back and she says, again with attitude, that I need to back up to get the hook and so she can bug spray the car. I back up and tell her I don't need bug spray and she sprays bug sprays on my car anyway - After I said don't. I asked her name and she said sierra.
Hey GetGo, it's a carwash, can't be too complicated. No customer needs the attitude of a bad and unhappy employee with a terrible attitude.
Check the video. Suggestion, get her some customer facing classes, put her in the back office or get rid of her.
