Verified Reviewer |3061 E Main St, Plainfield, IN 46168 At a GetGo station my vehicle was damaged from a ginormous pothole near the gas pumps and giant eagle won’t take responsibility.
At 3061 E Main St, Plainfield, IN 46168 On May 23rd approximately around 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM. I was coming from US 40 Hwy turning into the BP GetGo gas station from my blind side on the way to the gas pump.
There was a deep ginormous pothole that destroyed my vehicle and caused it major damage. I reported it to the employees on site he claimed that the pothole was there for a while without warning, signs or cones, and they were surprised it wasnt taken care of sooner. We then took pictures and the employee Kevin gave me the store number so I can speak to the supervisor Bré that was off that day. I spoken with the supervisor and she told me she was sorry for what happened and will report it to her superiors and was surprised the hole wasnt repaired by now.
I called the customer complaint number giving and I spoke to a Giant Eagle customer complaint representative. I was transferred a to the representative Daniel Frayer extension.He first told me the estimate amount of damage was expensive. The he told me to send in the estimate from a repair company to review my damages to his personal email. A few days later, he sent me a letter claiming they are not responsible for my damages struck by a (stationary pothole) on the property.
This is highly unacceptable I cannot believe that my vehicle was damaged on BP GetGo property and two employees one manager, one cashier said that the drive zone shouldve been taken care of long time ago.
This is a outrage
because my property was affected by this negligence dangerous negligence on site. Sign: Bob Denham

Verified Reviewer |Truck parkings hold by neighborhood cars more then weeks
Hey, I'm a commercial truck driver and owner-operator. I have one issue with one location (4461 Albert S.
White Dr, Whitestown, IN 46075). When I always visit this place, I see all the time neighborhood cars holding the truck parking for weeks. It's very hard for other truckers, so I highly request that management please give instructions to the manager of this location to tow these neighborhood cars so other truckers can park their trucks. Some cars I saw were parked for weeks.
Please do something about it. I always visit this place for fuel and store.

I am writing this due to a buildup of frustrations I've had at this location from one particular employee. These are not isolated incidents, but a long list of grievances against her from the many months that I've been frequently visiting the store. I believe her name is Tony/Toni; she's a manager or an assistant manager at this location.
I've heard her throwing wild accusations at other customers for stealing, claiming that she has seen it on video but yet has not banned them.
She has banned an acquaintance of mine for a quote 'stealing and putting a candy bar back.'
She is frankly rude when she's 'in a bad mood.'
Her employees have disclosed grievances to me about her actions in the store; however, I believe they fear retaliation should they speak.
Last but not least, she has threatened to ban me for buying tobacco for others, and I find that offensive, considering I work myself as a manager at another gas station and am well aware of the consequences of doing so.

Verified Reviewer |Cappuccino machine always empty
I visit North Versailles, on RT 30/48 location, every morning at 6:30-7 AM for cappuccino/coffee, and I always have to disturb an employee, like Ms. Sonya, who works in the kitchen, to help with the machine because it's never refilled from the previous day.
I love the location due to it being 2 minutes away from my home, but I will abandon this location because the coffee area is messy and not tended to by the overnight crew. In my opinion, Mr.
Bernie and Ms. Sonya are the happiest and most professional working people there.

I was at the get-go on McKnight Road about 10 minutes ago, and there was a heavyset woman with tattoos (I didn't get her name) who treated me very poorly. I didn't see that the one register was closed, and she got an attitude with me about checking out.
I am not sure if it is because I'm elderly or why she didn't want to wait on me, but it needs to be looked into.
I have never been treated so poorly at this store before. She almost had me in tears; she was so rude.

Placed 2 twelve packs on the counter, then asked for a Juul and pods. Was told to stop talking, then continued.
When he came back, he said I should have ordered the Juul first and said I should know this if I bought these before.
Then I said I'm sorry, I started smoking again and haven't bought one in a while. Then he threw my ID back at me.

Belligerent Gas Attendant
My husband was getting money from his uncle in the parking lot of the 21st and Post Rd location when the cashier started hollering and spitting on him. He wants accusing my husband of begging and banned him from returning to that location. We will never return as and have informed all of our family and friends to not go to that location either.

I literally just left one of your gas stations and I was charged three times for the exact same amount . I showed the lady my online banking and she said theres nothing she can do and I have to call you!!
It was in vermillion Ohio and three charges for 25.06! Should only be one !!!

I ordered an American spinach blend with double dressing. I received just spinach with no dressing.
It's annoying the app does not give details. For lettuce choices, it has American, spinach only, and American spinach.
So one would think the American spinach is a combo of both. And it is one of the most annoying things to order extra dressing, pay extra for it, and receive none!

I pulled to your gas station because my gas light came on. He refused to pump my gas telling me he cant come out to pump my gas.
Hes just standing there.
I displayed the handicap sticker told him Im just being released from the hospital and Im waving the handicap sticker he still refused When I asked his name. He refused to give it to me saying Im sorry so I took a picture of him
Every time I order food it's always not what I ordered or it's missing items I ordered
Employee's need to pay attention and not clowning around and do there jobs
Always the same thing ever time I go to this place Food orders are always messed up

Giant Eagle sold out, now you don't get $0.30 off per gallon using the Advantage Card, and the gas is now one of the most expensive. I won't ever go there again!

Just a terrible company in general. If youd like to sit in line for 10+ minutes for one item, with a moto like get in get out get going, be my guest.
Undoubtably all self check outs will be closed due to theft.
All workers will be unfriendly and inefficient. Just a waste of a stop with inefficient, below mediocre service, and terrible customer policy

My mom and I ate at the get go cafe on 5/14/2025 in speedway and we met Natasha, who was making the food, this young lady is everything, and our food was excellent you can tell she truly enjoys her job. I think the store number is #3555. I will be going back because Natasha
Complaint about employee
At Getgo in Waterworks Mall on Freeport Road, Jen or Jan was extremely rude. I frequent always and several other employees are exceptional!
But immediately upon entering i was looking at the lighters on the counter and she yells EXCUSE ME! THERES A LINE! Which i saw the line?! Then despite being 43 she insisted I need an ID for the lighter and she says the lighters are there because she don't want anyone touching them?!
Like how am I going to buy a lighter without picking out which design I want?! Just very unprofessional and rude for no reason?!
