I recently ordered from the get go in McKees Rocks on chartiers Ave at 4:23 pm feb2 I forgot to pick up my food and went home to sleep when I woke up and realized I forgot to pick up my food I called to see if I could just pick it up in the morning and they refused to believe I ordered I went and showed all my proof they still refused disrespected me and tried to have me removed after I was disrespect about my money and caught two Lyfts down there

At 9:00 9:18 p.m. I ordered hamburger tater tots and a drink value meal I didn't receive my food for over 25 minutes understandably there was two or three people ahead of me I get mine and my husband's food I go to the car and we leave driving down the road my husband takes a bite out of his Burger immediately spits it out the Patty was almost Frozen the cheese was melted so I'm not sure exactly how who or why but this is the situation so we stop at another get-go still driving home it's now 9:56 p.m. you take the food in there so their employees because your employees won't answer the store's phone because I tried to call the store I need someone to respond to me ASAP I will be contacting the supervisors tomorrow morning to correct this I took video of the hamburger and also kept it to bring back to you guys tomorrow we paid for another meal at the let's get Go so now I'm out double. I placed an online order yesterday 9-2-23 I order a whole Italian hoagie and I only got a half im not sure if it was the dressing or the mayo but one of them was sour I also ordered a jalapeño pretzel, but I got a cheese pretzel I also ordered fried shrimp. I guess the deep fryers were down or broken so I didnt receive those at all. I requested a refund but the employees informed me I had to contact the store online because thats how I ordered my food. If someone could get back to me as soon as possible that would be greatly appreciated thank u so much

Patrick is a horrible team lead in leo in. Never at work! Never stocks cooler, never on Register is always outside smoking. Has a bad Attitude and not a team player never has to work a weekend like the rest of the staff. Clocks in and out when ever he feels like it. The other day, you worked two hours and left That's job abandonment. Calls off all the time at least 2 times a week. How is this ok???

REFUND OF FEES

we get gas here very often. but recently, every transaction we run through their card has declined. theyre saying its on the banks end, but yet my bank is stating they cleared the transaction and it shows under my TRANSACTIONS not pending on my bank account. theyre charging me a $100 fee on $4. theyre abosolutely losing our business. i tried to explain to them a few times that it had to be on their end. she didnt want to hear that, of course.

Customer service

I stopped at getgo in Lawrenceville, Pa to get a couple breakfast sandwiches. Normally they have them already made, but not today. No biggie, they don't take that long to make, especially when there's no other orders. After waiting 23 minutes, I asked for a refund. The manager checked and said my order was done. The cook wraps them up and hands me the bag and says "what's the problem"I said there's no problem, I just can't wait any longer or I'll be late for work. He said if I don't have time to wait, I should shop somewhere else.

Unable to Extend Vehicle Booking During Garve Periods.

I did book 24 hours Getgo vehicle and suppose to return at 11pm on 29 August 2023. 1) received reminder from Getgo Team I 'll be ending my trip soon. To my surprise its already 1103 Hours supposed to be 1100pm. I quickly try to extend as there is a Grace period of 15mins. But i can't assess and extend just like the usual way. Without hesitation i ask live chat for help after explaining to them. Told not to worries and go to booking and extend but after twice trying to extend it still not working. May I know why is the grace period not able for customer to extend ??? I did live chat with Getgo team, by than i was told its too late as its system down form Getgo. Is this the way I'm going to charge for additional $50 during the Grace periods i Have Had Intend to Extend and inform Getgo Team during my overlook of 3 to 4 mins during my Grace period moreover, !!! Getgo App dun allow me to extend,,, as well as Getgo Team system not able to extend when told by Getgo Teams. I would appreciate and hope Geatgo Team would take this matter seriously aso Refer to getgo Stafff's and HR Department as the penalised of $ 50 is not a small amount. Im upset of the way Customers Service Team not only trying to solve or assist with this issue at all plus +++ in return for what i deserved with ... ( Sorry our system can't assess, due to after Grace period ) Thanks Getgo Teams & Staff's for the time taken taken knowing that everybody is busy. I grateful that I learned ( 15 mins Of Grace Periods is jus to remind you But there is No way at all we can extend one to two hours ? As Getgo system has had already lock it or ??? Provided Additional $50 will deduct from your bank after you end your trip without hesitation.

I'm also tired of people ordering $75.00 worth if fried food and hoagies and expect it to be done in 1.3 seconds! These customers need to cook there own *** at home there are videos on youtube for you to learn. Also why would anybody want to take there family to a freaking gas station for dinner? I finally decided to write to you because I am so tired of this happening ... The ONE and only tire air pump that is at the Monroeville Blvd 15146 is always out of order. So I got gas there then went to the Get-Go on Old Haymaker Road 15146 and BOTH OF theirs were out of order! Infuriating! It is freezing cold outside, getting dark and who carries around quarters anymore to go to one asking for change? So I head to the Sheetz on Rt. 22 1**** and of course there's IS working. As always. I should of bought my gas there instead to reward them. Next time I will. Your tire air pumps, whether it's at these two locations or the one on Frankstown Road 15235 are always out of order. That my friend, is sucky customer care and customer service! I The Sheetz tire air pumps, the two locatins on on Rt 22, 15146 and 15235 are both always work as the Sheetz location in Oakmont too. If one or two of your gas pumps were out, or the ATM inside wasn't working, I'm sure they'd be fixed in a timely manner. They generate $$$ but not customer loyality. This has pissed me off too many times that I finally am contacting you... and believe me in this annoying world we currently live in I am actually NOT one to complain, I just don't, until it's continious. Like this.

What ever you do. You won't want to work here if you're an honest person with good work ethics. When you're hired they make all kinds of promises. Then only to cut your hours over time. And when sales are down, they cut people hours so the bigger people get their bonuses. They had an hard worker who went above and beyond with awesome work ethic get suspended over an honest mistake but have employees there stealing from them. (And take in mind they know about this and do nothing about it. Their priorities are all wrong. And if you are not in the leaders group you will get bullied. Underdogs do all the work while the upper dogs get the credit. Management is sneaky. Don't waste your time.

Hello there, The reason for my email is because I had an unfortunate experience at your Get-Go location in Edinburgh, Indiana with the employees working the cash register around 30 minutes ago tonight around 7:30 PM. Basically, I went inside of the store to put in six dollars worth of gas because I recently got laid off and thats all the money I had.. everything was fine and I paid with my debit card. Once I walked back to the pump & attempted to pump, the pump was not clicking at all, so I put the pump back down to end the transaction or see if it did anything and something came up on the screen where it showed my six dollars being refunded so I printed out the receipt and I went back inside and I told the lady what happened and I asked her if she could do the transaction because something happened where the gas was never coming out so I figured it would not be an issue until she said she cant do anything about it because I paid with my debit card and she doesnt know how long the money will take to go back, and she could not provide me with a reason as to why this even happened. I explained to her that I was on E trying to pump those last six dollars to last me at least until tomorrow morning and she kept standing there saying she couldnt do anything. I really think she needs extra training and honestly I would really like some type of reimbursement for her mistake she did not own up to. She was not professional at all and I walked out of there very upset. Honestly, I was crying because I walked out of there without gas in my car or the money still in my card. This was not ok & Im a regular living 5 minutes away from this location. Please contact me back with an answer. Thank you.
