Attempting to pump gas at stow Ohio station and sat for 10 min with only 5.00 of gas. Now I lost my perks.

Complained to attendant and she said they run slow in the morning! Are you kidding me? This is completely unacceptable. Then tried to register a complaint and it wont take my complaint.

No answer to call line. Terrible customer service.

The cafe will switch your food without telling you or giving you an option to switch. The employees give you the wrong items and refuse to refund the items. Very poor customer service!

After talking to a customer service I found out that there was a glitch in your system that charge me more than I should have. But the customer service lady said that I will get reimbursed for the charges in 3 to 5 business days will come at all. She is an expert she deserves a reward for quick service.
