Slow gas pump and complaint system not working
Attempting to pump gas at stow Ohio station and sat for 10 min with only 5.00 of gas. Now I lost my perks.
Complained to attendant and she said they run slow in the morning! Are you kidding me? This is completely unacceptable. Then tried to register a complaint and it wont take my complaint.
No answer to call line. Terrible customer service.

Slow pumps
Attempting to pump gas at GetGo in stow Ohio. I have been sitting here for 5 min and only 2 dollars has gone in.
Complained to employee and she said it runs slow in the morning. What the *** Im using my perks for gas and if I leave I will loose my perks.
Now going on 8 min and only 5 dollars. This is unacceptable customer service.

Certain employee, It sucked. The manager, addressed the problem and accomodating. It was appreciated.
I appreciated the response. This morning, I went to get gas for my car, and the same cashier was there. She said to me, 'Oh, I didn't scan your card because I didn't see it in the slot.' I replied, 'It's right there in the slot where I put it, can you scan it now?' She said no because she had already done the transaction. I am just done with that place.
I don't want another apology or gift card because her behavior will not change. What I will do is never go back there and tell everyone I know, and then some, about this cashier who should not be there and recommend to go elsewhere because she may rip you off by not scanning your Giant Eagle card.

This place is disgusting, it looks like food poisoning is waiting to happen. There are dirty, clogged trays at the drink fountain and there's no ice.
Is that mold? When was the last time anyone cleaned?
The donut display is dirty, too. At least they take the trash out.

Poor service
I pay 35$ for a car wash. My car did not get fully cleaned.
The attendant didn't spray windows. Disappointingno difference between premium and basic wash

Bad customer service
I was just in there the Sunday after Thanksgiving around 10:30 AM. This older lady was very rude to this gentleman that looked to be about 95 years old.
The line was backed up all the way to the freezers and she he tried to pay for his coffee so he didnt have to wait in line he could barely stand up. She wouldnt take his money and rudely looked at him and said you have to stand in line like everyone else And it really upset him so I let him go ahead of me to take care of his coffee and the other lady helped us while she was helping another person on the other side. I was telling the young lady what it happened and I didnt say one wrong word about that lady And she came over there and told me I heard what youre saying about me and I said maam I did not say a word about you. I was just telling her the situation about the older man trying to pay for his coffee and then she proceeded to tell me that I was no longer allowed to come in that store Ever again I was barred from that store.
Ive been coming in before it was even get-go. Ive been coming in there for decades. My husband and I both have spent a lot of money at GetGo gas station all the rest. The employees are very kind and nice.
I have never run into a person like this at that particular get-go like I said everyone there is real professional and very nice , and she said she was a team leader and now after coming in there for decades, Im not allowed to come in because I was telling the other lady about the older gentleman that tried to pay for his coffee.
Id like someone to call me back, please. Im really upset .

Drugs and filthy conditions in Wilinsburg drug sales andcaddicts harassing customers. Security said it’s not his job. The handle to the men’s room was busted. The. Store floor was filthy.
The drug addicts feel they own the place. Security, Allied Universal, does nothing to stop it.
They just stand by the door. The board of health is being notified about the filthy conditions.

Asked for my cigarettes she grabbed the wrong ones. I said oops 100s please and she freaked out and started arguing with me.

Vehicle damage
It was ok but haven’t heard back from anyone afterwards
I was going through the car wash. It seemed that the car wash malfunction didnt spray initially or do the initial wash once I got through the first brush it brushed the sides and then when I got to the end, the car wash door was shut, and the machine ran me into the door and the door open, scratching my bumper

Resolved: IV been trying to contact someone for weeks
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Yes my name is Shannon and I've been trying to get ahold of somebody for weeks now well the first time I ordered food from GetGo and richeyville PA my order was messed up and then on top of that me my boyfriend and my two kids you ate the food got really sick. The second time I ordered food we didn't get sick but the order was messed up and something needs to be done because I've been trying for weeks upon weeks to try to get a hold of somebody. The photo below will show how long I've been trying to get a hold of somebody this is a shame.

Bad service, racist counter clerk, it the 3rd time this week.. also making fun of a handi cap man with mild tourettes and publicity humiliation is un called for.
He went in to get go, he had to use change to pay for his purchase, the girl behind the counter made fun of his tourettes syndrome, n laughed at him paying in change..

Wilkinsburg GETGO employees suck
The cafe will switch your food without telling you or giving you an option to switch. The employees give you the wrong items and refuse to refund the items. Very poor customer service!
