Have been communicating with GE CUSTOMER SERVICES.. telling me case is still open and in review .. I am discouraged bc things dont seem to be progressing. And I just cant understand why GE would just take 200 dollars as a pre pay for fuel ??? Makes no sense to me.

$400 for a bathtub that was clog and that is still clog.

Your company Geotl charged my wife $400 to unclog a bathtub that is still clog,we even have a package with your company that's supposed to save us money,but your workers couldn't even unclog a tub,well your company will not do anymore work for my family anymore,no more,no more,no more.

I'm tired if the petty *** customers that throw the food back, yell at you then whine about getting more perks for nothing! I'm also tired of people ordering $75.00 worth if fried food and hoagies and expect it to be done in 1.3 seconds! This GetGo needs a lot of help. My job happens to be very close to this gas station and I used to frequent it often.

Many times there are workers standing around on their phones when there is a line of people waiting to be helped which is very frustrating in itself. I went last week to get gas and cigarettes and spent over $75.00. I had a coupon for $3.00 off from American Spirit on my phone that I wanted to use. The cashier could not get the coupon to scan after trying several times.

I have never had a problem using the coupons before now. The coupon only lasts for like 4 minutes once you push the button to use it. The coupon went away because cashier could not get it to work. When I told her that it wasn't right for her not to give my the $3.00 off, she said, "well I have done everything that I can do".

I asked to speak to a manager, she pointed to an open area and said that I could wait over there, that the Manager was doing an interview. She did not know how long it would be before the manager was available. I have a job that I need to get to. This is not expectable treatment.

Now it is not about the $3.00!

I asked for the Manager's phone number and she would not give it to me.

I get that there is a lot of business that comes in, due to the location and losing my business may not matter to you. Corporate needs to know what is going on over there.

What ever you do. You won't want to work here if you're an honest person with good work ethics.

When you're hired they make all kinds of promises. Then only to cut your hours over time. And when sales are down, they cut people hours so the bigger people get their bonuses. They had an hard worker who went above and beyond with awesome work ethic get suspended over an honest mistake but have employees there stealing from them.

(And take in mind they know about this and do nothing about it. Their priorities are all wrong. And if you are not in the leaders group you will get bullied. Underdogs do all the work while the upper dogs get the credit.

Management is sneaky. Don't waste your time.

GetGo - Charged for the wrong gas

On 14 December I stopped at the Getgo Gas Station in Lawrenceville, PA. At the time I stopped because the price for unleaded gas was $ 3.45.

Pumped the 87 unleaded gas as I always do. However at the end I noticed that the amount was wrong and I could not get a receipt. I went inside immediately and requested a receipt. The receipt was for Premiun gas instead of regular.

I made the staff aware but they said they could not do anything that I needed to speak to a Manager. I called the next morning and the staff present said to call Saturday.

Today I came to the station and explain my situation but the manager said there was nothing she could do.

I am 100% sure that I pumped 87 at $3.45.

I remember specifically looking at the pump because the price on the sign was higher.

I understand this may not happen often but it happened to me.

I have a copy of the receipt. I would like a refund please.

Paid $4 for chili cheese fries. Decent amount of cheese on them but I think that was to hide the fact that there was barely a teaspoon of chili on them. Basically if you don't need the fork there's not enough chili.

Bad gas

2 times in the last month when I fill with getgo gas my car stalls in the middle of the road while driving- around the same distance away. Any other gas station I have never had this issue and do not have this issue when I fill up in between using getgo. Its an immediate result of putting their gas in my car, everytime.
