Hello there, The reason for my email is because I had an unfortunate experience at your Get-Go location in Edinburgh, Indiana with the employees working the cash register around 30 minutes ago tonight around 7:30 PM. Basically, I went inside of the store to put in six dollars worth of gas because I recently got laid off and thats all the money I had.. everything was fine and I paid with my debit card. Once I walked back to the pump & attempted to pump, the pump was not clicking at all, so I put the pump back down to end the transaction or see if it did anything and something came up on the screen where it showed my six dollars being refunded so I printed out the receipt and I went back inside and I told the lady what happened and I asked her if she could do the transaction because something happened where the gas was never coming out so I figured it would not be an issue until she said she cant do anything about it because I paid with my debit card and she doesnt know how long the money will take to go back, and she could not provide me with a reason as to why this even happened. I explained to her that I was on E trying to pump those last six dollars to last me at least until tomorrow morning and she kept standing there saying she couldnt do anything. I really think she needs extra training and honestly I would really like some type of reimbursement for her mistake she did not own up to. She was not professional at all and I walked out of there very upset. Honestly, I was crying because I walked out of there without gas in my car or the money still in my card. This was not ok & Im a regular living 5 minutes away from this location. Please contact me back with an answer. Thank you.

Bad gas

2 times in the last month when I fill with getgo gas my car stalls in the middle of the road while driving- around the same distance away. Any other gas station I have never had this issue and do not have this issue when I fill up in between using getgo. Its an immediate result of putting their gas in my car, everytime.

Reason for my email is about the richeyville location it is dangerous for 18 wheelers that are coming in from coke cocca and other companies that have to pull along a state highway to unload products for store are blocking traffic from the store and 2 side roads and all most causing traffic accidents on route 40. The store is a poor set up all together

I was verbally assaulted by the cashier. I was threatened with physical assault by the same employee. The management has done nothing to remedy the situation, except to trespass me from the store.

Hello, This GetGo needs a lot of help. My job happens to be very close to this gas station and I used to frequent it often. Many times there are workers standing around on their phones when there is a line of people waiting to be helped which is very frustrating in itself. I went last week to get gas and cigarettes and spent over $75.00. I had a coupon for $3.00 off from American Spirit on my phone that I wanted to use. The cashier could not get the coupon to scan after trying several times. I have never had a problem using the coupons before now. The coupon only lasts for like 4 minutes once you push the button to use it. The coupon went away because cashier could not get it to work. When I told her that it wasn't right for her not to give my the $3.00 off, she said, "well I have done everything that I can do". I asked to speak to a manager, she pointed to an open area and said that I could wait over there, that the Manager was doing an interview. She did not know how long it would be before the manager was available. I have a job that I need to get to. This is not expectable treatment. Now it is not about the $3.00! I asked for the Manager's phone number and she would not give it to me. I get that there is a lot of business that comes in, due to the location and losing my business may not matter to you. Corporate needs to know what is going on over there. Thank you for your time.

On 14 December I stopped at the Getgo Gas Station in Lawrenceville, PA. At the time I stopped because the price for unleaded gas was $ 3.45. Pumped the 87 unleaded gas as I always do. However at the end I noticed that the amount was wrong and I could not get a receipt. I went inside immediately and requested a receipt. The receipt was for Premiun gas instead of regular. I made the staff aware but they said they could not do anything that I needed to speak to a Manager. I called the next morning and the staff present said to call Saturday. Today I came to the station and explain my situation but the manager said there was nothing she could do. I am 100% sure that I pumped 87 at $3.45. I remember specifically looking at the pump because the price on the sign was higher. I understand this may not happen often but it happened to me. I have a copy of the receipt. Cappuccino sucked.

Went to free coffee Monday at the Bridgeville PA location. Tried the nitro iced caramel...just water. Then tried the caramel cappuccino...sucked. Don't think I'll be back.

Paid $4 for chili cheese fries. Decent amount of cheese on them but I think that was to hide the fact that there was barely a teaspoon of chili on them. Basically if you don't need the fork there's not enough chili.

Clerk got pissed cause i hadn't pulled product from basket - threw basket over his shoulder onto the floor - and of course if u have a lot of stuff - you're going to need a bag ... gave me a giant attitude over self checkout .. with his cell phone in hand When I did my Clerking when I was younger - taking the basket and bagging stuff was a part of the job - not being on your cell phone Wasn't given the receipt

Poor service

On most visits to your Vermilion location I have to go inside to get a receipt for gas purchases. Say 7 out of 10 visits this morning there was no difference, however, when I went inside there was no one at the register. I saw an open door to a storage room and went over and said is anyone here. No answer. So back to the register. After 5 minutes the two employees came around the corner. I saidsmoking and the store is empty! All they could say is Sorry which is what they say every time I have gone inside. Poor management for sure.

I live 2 minutes from this location and use to stop here every day. I no longer go because I keep running into an employee named Robin V who will not serve me. She refuses to take care of me or accept my digital coupons for cigarettes and actually screamed explicit words at me when another employee was taking care of me. I don't know why a store would have someone this rude still working for them. And I would like to say Deb is the employee who helped me the day Robin went off on me and started screaming at me in the store for no reason and Deb handled the situation very professionally and apologized for her employee's behavior but she shouldn't have to do that. It looks like you solved your problem by not returning to the store. I noticed you didn't say what YOU did to get the drama started.

People who show up to a gas station every day for cigs is typically a loser who has nothing better to do than mess with store staff.

Time for you to move on with your (LOL) life and find something else to do. Loser....

Geez I guess you don't have a spot that you go to everyday before you go to work crochet coffee or cigarettes or anything like that or maybe you just don't work I don't know I don't cause problems never have never will just tried to use digital coupon and the girl in the store refused to take the digital coupon. There was another employee in the story at the time who took my digital coupon bring up my items and I paid for them and then play that's been at that location way longer than the other person some nerve to call somebody a loser when you can't even post your real name I have no problem using my real name my real email address my real everything you have to log in under a guest because you're afraid of repercussions I'm not I did nothing wrong video in the store would prove to the get-go corporate headquarters that I did nothing wrong. Not that I have to explain myself to you

Employee theft.

It's not my problem but I thought you should know. An employee that works at getgo at 559Midway blvd Elyria ohio 44035. Steals cigarettes and other items on a regular basis. He told me personally that he would give me a free case of budweiser beer if I came in there while he was working. You can email me or call me at 440-623-****.
